After logging in to Amazon A to Z, current employees are encouraged to use the MyHR portal. However, if you need to get in touch with Amazon HR (Human Resources), the Employee Resource Center (ERC) in the United States can be reached at 1-888-892-7180.

You will have access to a number of automated options when you call Amazon HR:

1. For information or requests for leave of absence, press 1

2. Press 2 for information about benefits, including Health and Wellness

3. For information on Amazon Stock and a 401(k) plan, press

4. Press 4 for Amazon employment verification.

5. For the status of a recent application or if you’re interested in applying for a job, press 5.

6. For everything else, press 6

It might be hard to talk to a real person at Amazon HR over the phone. If you are not already employed by Amazon, many of these phone options will result in automated messages. However, in most instances, Amazon Human Resources phone support will at least direct you to the appropriate source of additional information.
